Jody Lurie recently transitioned into the Investment Strategy Group, where her primary role is serving Janney’s Private Client Group as the expert in corporate bond, preferred, and other taxable fixed income research and strategy. Prior to the expansion of her role, Ms. Lurie served as the Corporate Credit Analyst in Janney’s Fixed Income Strategy & Research team, in which she focused on companies’ debt structures at the micro level, offering trade recommendations and portfolio reviews predominantly to retail and institutional accounts. Ms. Lurie still covers a long list of companies across several industries, with special interest in higher yielding credits to help clients identify appropriate investment decisions. Industries of expertise include, but are not limited to, banks and nonbank financials, industrials, oil & gas, metal & mining, food & beverage, and telecom.
